MiniMix gets ordered most for servo motor feedback and power. The secondary lock on the housing is the detail that matters – it stops the contact from backing out under vibration, so we keep that feature on our version rather than simplifying it away.
What we match and what we don’t
The mechanical interface – pitch, contact position, keying, latch – follows the Molex design so the parts mate. Materials are our own choice: UL 94 V-0 nylon housings, phosphor-bronze contacts, gold or tin plating depending on the part. If your application calls for gold, specify it when you quote; the tin version is cheaper but rates for fewer mating cycles.
